• Place of work: Bratislava, Austria- wiling to travel

The Business Analyst Lead will manage the analyst’s team within large system transformation projects and support delivery of the new highly scalable and flexible platform. In this role, he/she will provide team management and leadership within an Agile environment. 


Major responsibilities: 
• Close ccollaboration with development teams to ensure quality of user stories in terms of design & functionality 
• Quality assurance and sprint planning (manage the stories) and resource profiling 
• Effective establishment of non-functional requirements 
• Representation of Business Analysts  
• Lead meetings of cross functional groups to specify processes and requirements  
• Manage change requests and business requirements 
• Backlog management (up to date changes, effective prioritization, effort estimation timely follow up) 
• Act as arbiter in sprint decisions 


Skills 
Language skills: 
English - advanced 

• Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in the field of requirements engineering 
• Experience managing and leading a Business Analyst team and changes on large critical projects 
• Business Analysis experience (Functional, technical specifications etc.) 
• Strong understanding of formal BA methodologies, process development in an Agile environment 
• Strong business requirement and process modelling experience (BPM desirable) 
• Experience in implementing systems supporting financial services (systems supporting financial services are desirable) 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to work effectively under pressure  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
