We are offering oportunity to work for our client - big international company as Personal Assistant.

What will be your responsibility:
- General administrative support
- Manage inbox
- Manage calendar, organizing meetings, events, interviews, meeting rooms bookings
- Travel Management:
- Organize travel
- Travel Authorization
- Expense Reports
- Purchase Requests: Issuing of Purchase Requests, follow-up, respective interactions with sourcing and suppliers
- Consolidation and distribution of reports upon request
- Follow up task lists upon request
- Interface between directors and direct reports; manage relationships

Our client requirements on canddiate:
- Minimum of 2-3 years related work experience in customer facing organizations
- Excellent MS Office knowledge, POwerPoint
- Excellent exposure to an international, multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work with virtual teams, responsible personality
- Excellent communication skills
- fluent English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
