Working in MS Excel on daily basis
Process the incoming customer claims/debit notes
- verify whether they are authorized, run dispute process in case of unauthorized claim or post the credit note in case of authorized claim.
Track, investigate, dispute or process credit notes for claims related to defective / damaged goods, pricing corrections / discount corrections, short shipments / goods lost in transit
Resolving of other customer oriented claims upon request
Working with sensitive/confidential documents and issues
Other tasks based on request
Generally required knowledge:
* Fluent in Slovak & English is a MUST!
* Italian or German language – an advantage
* MS Excel at very good level – a must
* SAP – an advantage
* Detail
-oriented, precise and responsible
* Very good communication and organizational skills
* Very good time management
* Flexibility, responsiveness and proactive attitude
