Generally required knowledge:

- Bachelor degree in Nursing (from western country)
- Work experience as Nursing Director - at least 3-5 years
- Management experience
- Nursing experience - min. 10 years
- Working experience from large hospital (400 beds+)
- Fluent in English (in the case your studies were not in English, is required to have TOEFL or IELTS certificate - willing to pass it before departure)
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Employee requirements
