Senior Engineer in Active Directory Services, BA

Responsibilities:
- run operations and support troubleshooting and consulting to different business units within the company regarding directories, applications and other solutions, use personal expertise to review current Directory Services solutions and propose improvements, participate at their deployment, and document them at all stages of evolution
- manage Directory Services technologies - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS
- participate on creation and deployment of new solutions and improvement upon existing ones as project leader or subject matter expert
- contribute to automation of processes that support daily operations, support the administration of policies with documentation (deploy, monitor, maintain, optimize), stay abreast of the state-of-the-art through proactive involvement by making recommendations for conferences, training, and educational materials and attending same as appropriate when approved
- gather and analyze directory performance information and analyze business requirements and select the most appropriate solution to fulfill them
- manage assigned resources and vendor resources and adhere to Change Management system policies
- manage the relationship with business and handle stakeholder communication; listen to business and bring feedback to directory service team discussion; attend business communication meeting to present directory service operation and project material; provide operation training to partners in site and business unit in accordance to the global standards
- work under the “shift model” - pattern “follow the sun” with on-call support during weekends once or twice every quarter
Requirements:
- University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Computer Science or equivalent by experience
- 3+ to 5 years of relevant practical experience managing Directory Services, mainly MS Active Directory, in a large-scale organization (multi-domains)
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 2003/2008/2012, as well as Microsoft client operating systems
- Expertise with following network protocols: LDAP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, TCP/IP
- Understanding of security concepts related to Public Key Infrastructures
- VBScript and PowerShell Scripting skills
- Experience with implementation of backup / restore and disaster & recovery strategies.
- You’re one foot in if you also have
- Experience with implementation and management of ADAM / AD LDS.
- Understanding of identity lifecycle solutions and experience with MIIS / ILM / FIM and T-SQL.
- Understanding of CA Siteminder, Identity Manager and Federation Services implementations
- Experience with virtualization, especially using VMWare products
- Experience with products from Quest: Intrust / Auditor, Reporter, Spotlight
- Microsoft Certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCITP (Directory Services related) are appreciated
