Job information

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate customer queries
  • business and internal suggestions with involvement of the production plants
  • Compile changes in proposals in accordance with the Sales Manager
  • Monitor costs and proposals for day-to-day business
  • Check price completion including carrying out payment reminders
  • Check accruals and sales proceeds deferment with the plants
  • Organize business travel
  • Prepare meetings
  • Support the Sales Managers

Qualifications:

  • Fluent English, German at least on intermediate level (able to understand)
  • 2 years in a similar position (finance analysis, sales suport, sales analysis etc.), ideally in automotive/manufacturing industry
  • MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Very good communication skills
