Job information

Driving TPM program together with Maintenance Team
To play active part in periodical maintenance and machine refurbishments
Following the OEE output
Developing TPM, knowledge, methods
Providing Trainings to Service technicians, increasing their skills by sharing knowledge
Handling machine breakdowns/troubleshooting, contact external companies if necessary
Working closely with other departments and suppliers to continuously improve manufacturing equipment
Responsible for spare parts availability and cost controlling
Involved in preparation and investments in new equipment
Secure that machines operate safely

Generally required knowledge:

* University education (Master's degree) within technical field
* Fluent English in both verbal and in writing
* Experience from manufacturing industry
* Experience with TPM
* Lean manufacturing experience
* Problem solving methods knowledge (FMEA, PDCA, 6 sigma)
* Ability to work in an international environment
* Target and action
-oriented person who works quickly
* Team player
* Microsoft Office advanced user

Employee requirements

  vysokoškolské II. stupňa

  Language skills:

  Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
