We are looking for a dynamic and skilled leader, who is willing to share his knowledge in a fast growing international company.

- Administering and leading of all employee benefits programs with respect to new hires, terminations, annual hiring plan

- Managing company ´s payroll review process

- Managing benefits program, making recommendation for modifications and ensure implementation

- Supporting of administration of payroll and benefits

- Sorting out daily issues connected with HR payroll and benefits

- Preparing audits for payroll, benefits and compensations

- Leading and supporting of payroll and benefits team members

- Regular reporting

- Work on projects related to this field

- Cooperation with other departments and managers

Requirements:

- University degree

- English at advanced level

- Experienced with HR processes and Payroll

- Previous experience in SSC environment is an advantage

- Strong personality with proved leadership skills

- Previous experience in this field min 3 years is a must

- Highly motivated to participate at new projects
