Job information

- The Controller works as part of the Finance department team and is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable business growth on C&S markets.
- The Controller works both with C&S Sales, Marketing & Aftersales Teams and with Finance Teams, and is expected to manage both individual and team work streams while delivering results that are aligned with the employer´s business objectives. Following areas included (but not limited to):
- Performance tracking, Budget and forecast for C&S Net Revenue and Structural Costs
- Month End Closing activities (support accounting service provider / provide accrual information)
- Prepare business cases and presentations about the financial performance of C&S
- Drive profit maximization agenda through product pricing actions
- Develop and evaluate tactical retail and fleet sales offers, and the annual fleet supply plan
- Competitor, market segmentation, and customer preference analysis
- Participate in C&S Franchise Board Committees as Finance representative
- Lead internal control awareness across the C&S organization
- Align with the goals of Mother Company by implementing, controlling and continuously improving the standard processes and procedures (GMAS, SOX, PRM, ISO, EUCAs, internal procedure reviews, etc.)
- Coordinate C&S Tax returns / projects / issues resolution
- Banking relationship, cash operations, financing, bank guarantees management
- Company vehicle pricing and inventory level monitoring activities
- Coordinate C&S Finance systems implementations
- Coordinate training activities for C&S Finance, cooperate with HR
- Keep regular contact and coordinate with the following organizations: C&S SM&A departments, Budapest Head Office, authorized dealers and repairers, local authorities, auditors and tax advisors, European Financial Shared Service Center (accounts receivable and payable)
- Support of decision making process of local Management, with particular attention to CFO & C&S MD

Generally required knowledge:

- 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Finance, at least 3 at management/supervisory level

  • Minimum required education:
    vysokoškolské II. stupňa
  • Language skills:
