Do you have experience with leading of a small team of AP accountants? This is a unique opportunity to start work for our client – a favorite company by employees of Finance. AP TEAM LEADER is responsible for following activities: - AP processing team of associated countries - Management and motivation of AP clerks, which means evaluating, communication, weekly team meetings..) - Support AP Manager with solving escalation issues and communication with plans - Comply with data protection rules & compliance - Manage invoice processing methods - Provide quality and SOX controls for invoice processing on daily, weekly and monthly basis - Daily check workload, backlog and issues - Creditor and Liability reconciliations - Journal preparation - Leadership of small team of accountants - Measure performance against KPI's - Supplier account setup and maintenance - Responding to queries from suppliers - Ensure that all items are correctly coded to company accounts, record all purchases made on the accounts system and arrange and record payments of suppliers or via other payment - Other specific responsibilities

Generally required knowledge:
The successful candidate should have: - University education in a finance area (finance/banking/accounting) - A financial qualification is desirable but not essential - Previous Accounts Payable experience is essential - Experience with a leading of small team - Experience with SAP or ORACLE - Proficient Excel skills - Fluent English (oral and written) - Strong leadership and organisational skills - Responsible a reliable person - Good managing of stressful situations - Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
