Job information
Maintaining and developing ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management system of the production site
Defining the Quality KPI, follow them up and take the necessary action to achieve or exceed the objectives
Managing entire Quality Department
Leading continuous improvement projects (6 Sigma, 5S, kaizen …)
Planning and execution of the Internal & External audits and lead the customer audits
Creating APQP documentation (PPAP, control plans, FMEA,…)
Ensuring internal and external quality issues (8D Reporting, Action plans,…)
Reporting directly to Managing Director
Organizing and participate in the Management Review Meetings
Having regular contact with our customers and suppliers

Generally required knowledge:
* University degree – Quality Management preferred
* Fluent English
* Minimum 5 years of experience within quality field (preferrably automotive or similar industry)
* Relevant previous experience as Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer
* Profound knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 Norm and requirements
* Proven experience with quality tools like FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, 6 Sigma, Kaizen...
* Customer oriented person with the ability to understand the customer requirements and the capability to translated and implement these requirements within our organization
* Analytical, pro
-active, team player, stress resistant, independent, customer minded & an excellent communicator
* Leadership skills
