Job information

Leading of complex infrastructure projects in all technical aspects during tender
- and execution phase
Coordination of calculation, planning and scheduling during the tendering stage
Prepare method statements and works procedures for technically complex projects
Taking responsibility and preparing of cost estimation during tender preparation
Independent execution of projects in cooperation with our technical departments
Analyse and optimize construction process, scheduling and costing
-based valuation to identify potential savings
Anticipate events and risks, propose various counter
-strategies and solutions for technical and commercial optimization
Develop and implement quality control programs
Lead and coach the team to ensure an high standard of departmental and customer service
Responsibility for budgets, ongoing monitoring of costs and optimizing profit
Point of Contact for Employer, authorities, partners and subcontractors

Generally required knowledge:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Traffic Engineering) with at least 10 years of relevant (inter
-) national
* experience, thereof 5 years in project management positions
* Expert knowledge of construction methods and activities regarding infrastructure projects (road, rail, concrete structures)
* knowledge of international contract schemes (FIDIC)
* Excellent command of written and spoken English or German
* Strong management and leadership skills and ability to work in a highly competitive market with extremely challenging
* targets and timelines.
* Flexibility regarding the place of work
* Strong interest to work in intercultural environment and teamleadership
