Our NEW client is looking for experienced developers with strong Java design to create the new DEV team based in Košice. EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY TO PROGRESS YOUR CAREER! - Design and develop various SW components and their integration into the existing SW architecture. - Implementation together with an agile team in different stages of the SW development life cycle – architecture, implementation, testing and integration, up to the rollout and maintenance.

Generally required knowledge:
The applicant should be a technical minded individual with the desire to expand their current knowledge and significant experience with Java in larger development projects . General Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or several years of equivalent work experience - Strong quality and result orientation - Self-motivated and able to think independently - Ability to work well within a team environment and interact well with other teams - Experience working in intercultural teams desirable - Excellent command of German or English Technical requirements: - Several years of experience in object oriented software development (Java, Java EE) - Very good knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, Smart GWT, JPA as well as other common frameworks in the context of Java, Web Services and XML - Good skills in SQL and practical experience in Oracle and its development tools - Experience with application containers Tomcat and Weblogic - Experience with agile development and project management methods is required / Scrum - Linux as a user Must skills: Java, J2EE; Eclipse Javascript; SQL; XML and XML schema;iBatis; Hibernate/JPA; HTML5 ; CSS; SOAP and WEB services in general; Ruby Rails; Mercurial or GIT; Spring (REST, Security, MVC, Transactions mgmt.); SmartGwt (ot GWT); Apache Camel; OWASP; Tomcat Nice to have: Spring Batch; MySQL; Experience with agile methodology; Weblogic; Jira
