Our client, international company operating all over the Europe, is looking for suitable candidate with strong leadership skills for position FINANCE SUPERVISOR. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing daily operations of a team - Measuring KPIs of a team, mentoring, motivating - Participating on transitions projects - Risk elimination in whole invoicing process - Responsibility for meeting goals and deadlines of team - Data validation, verification and consolidation - Regular reporting for CEE and EMEA manager - Responsibility for accuracy of team work - Supporting invoicing team when needed - Continuously process improvements

Generally required knowledge:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - Master’s degree in finance/economy - Minimum 2 years accounting/invoicing - Experience on leadership position - Excellent level of English - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills - Advanced user of MS Excel - Strong personality - Able to work under stress - Likes challenges
