Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

What we require and cannot do without: * Proven track record of leading projects of M&A while managing subordinates within several fields e.g. tax, law expertise, audit etc. * Proficient technical skills in domestic and global tax and compliance issues * Demonstrated experience identifying and addressing client needs * Solid network of a broad range companies where the cooperation can be introduced. * Strong knowledge and deep understanding of a range of consulting firm services – based on long term experience * Demonstrated understanding as a team leader e.g. creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations etc.
