Job information

Responsible for global production engineering process within "greenfield project"
Responsible of preparation and implementation of new projects in plant
Responsible of improvement of actual projects
Responsible for global maintenance process in plant
Solving of technical problems in production
Management of production documentation
Guidance and supervision of the product in production as well as during its changes
Engineering Budget Control
Monitoring of productivity, KPI’s and ensuring achievement of milestone targets
Supervision of engineers

Generally required knowledge:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in production and in the international automotive industry
* Proven and successful experience in situational leadership and coaching
* Strong communication skills, written and spoken in Slovak, English
* University education, Technical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Employee requirements

  vysokoškolské I. stupňa (bakalárske)
