Job information

Responsibilities:

• Daily communication with local HR departments in Romanian language, with the opportunity to actively use your language skills by phone and email 
• Advertisement of positions on job portals 
• Selection and review of received applications and resumes from internal and external candidates, maintenance of applications in internal database
• Supporting the learning processes and trainings of the employees   
• Pre-selection of candidates, phone screening, reporting 

Requirements:

• Fluent Romanian AND at least upper-intermediate English is a must  
• Previous experiences in HR or Customer Service are welcome 
• Motivation to work in HR field! 
• Very good communication skills 
• Active personality 
• Pro-active approach
