Our client is currently in need of experienced team manager for new finance team. Therefore we are looking for people manager with experience in accounting/finance analyses/reporting, who will be responsible for: - Managing team of 10-17 people - Driving all related processes - Building up working environment for subordinates’ professional growing - Monthly monitoring and reporting team’s KPIs - Ensuring accuracy of accounting processes - Close cooperation with company management on process improvements - Supporting team during month end close - Solving most complicated and escalated issues

Generally required knowledge:
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - Degree in finance/economy - At least 2 years experience on leading position - Minimum 3 years experience in accounting/finance analyses/reporting - Fluent English - People management skills - Self driver - Ability to motivate own team - Professional presentation
