The client is American company with its activities all over the world. Their IT team is currently looking for a new member to supper reconciliation activities of IT assets. Your main duties include: - Responsible for IT fixed – assets register maintenance - Accurate and on time recording of all assets into the software - Reporting of assets’ transfers, depreciations and amortization - Reconciliations of data among IT asset databases - Collaboration with other departments to ensure appropriate classification of capital expenditures - Provide regular ad hoc reporting - Ensuring all required procedures are done in timely and accurate manner - Identification and future implementation of process improvements leading to highest team efficiency

Generally required knowledge:

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - Degree in financial area - Active knowledge of English language - Min. 2 years experience in Accounting, Invoicing or other processing department - Experience with fixed – assets accounting is an ADVANTAGE - Knowledge of accounting software (SAP/Navision/Hyperion/Oracle) - Advanced MS Office user is must - Strong analytical thinking - Be a responsible person with good communication skills
