Job information

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of vendor accounts
• Invoice control and quality control with accuracy and targets
• Monthly closing activities
• Communication with internal and external customers
• Checking vendor reminders
• Corrections on bookings  in AP system
• Participation in process description creation and training of new starters within the team
• Resolve customer queries and escalate / follow-up when necessary
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Fluent Scandinavian Language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian) is a must
• Advanced English
• Economic and accounting background
• Experience within accounting/finance is a must
• MS Office knowledge (good knowledge of Excel)
• Analytical skills
• Able to deliver to deadlines
