Job information

Responsibility for design and roll out of telco related plan and build processes to control budgets, connect asset and equipment and steer the production by means of SAP/ERP for international telco companies.
Develops a template which cover the needs of several companies in telco industry
Executes and organizes rollout of global template processes (only supporting deviation for legal/ regulatory or business critical reasons) for the responsible part
Identifies process gaps within assessment coming from the implementation area of a central template in an existing local architecture
Designs solutions for GAP closing under strong template view within the framework of the corporate specifications
Supports and works out design solutions together with experts from business and IT
Coordinates with other work streams and parallel projects (Integration of Functions and Cross
-Functions)
Identifies process risks and issues and triggers solution or escalation in all areas of the program to rollout management and project/line lead
Actively manages with risk, issues and escalation within own work stream.
Communicates continuously to project/line lead and project stakeholders

Generally required knowledge:

* Master University degree (technical or commercial)
* 4 years experience in related position
* English (fluent)
* Other languages are beneficial (especially eastern European)
* MS Office
* Process know
-how in SAP , advantage in PM or MM
* Process knowledge (eg based on ARIS)
* Project management skills
* Experienced in Telco, power or other infrastructure industry
* Expertise in investment processes within this industries
* Basic knowledge in interface topics as well as data relevance within the processes
* Experience in implementation of international rollouts
* Experienced in working in international matrix
-organized project organizations
* Intercultural experience
* Very good communication skills incl. presentation on management level
* Willingness to travel international
* Strong team player, structured, reliable, pro
