Job information

Project set up
- design of the project structure and project framework, drive selection process from the key nominees from the business, official nominations
- via best practice sharing with other stakeholders and discussions with business. Ensure a proper capacity as well as qualified and experienced employees for the project.
Overall responsibility for the project (scope, quality, time, etc) planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion. Lead and speaker of the core and project team, reports to Steering Board.
To ensure project execution according to the project plan and timeline approved in central GSS Streering Commitee in accordance with the PMI rules and guidelines.
To define and implement project planning (initial and rolling forecasting), controlling and reporting processes.
To initiate the project reporting (standard and exception), prepare reports, information and presentation for the project team and stakeholder, Steering Commitee and Management.
To perform drilldown analysis and risk & issue management, to execute decisions based on overall available information, implement mitigating or corrective measures and success follow
-up.
Managing the project budget, implementation of cost controlling, measures, follow
-up and escalation processes.
Managing and motivate project team, prevent and solve project conflicts for the best project results based on leadership principles.
Active communication in cooperation with Central GSS project team based on agreed communication strategy in order to maintain positive image and high visibility of the project.

Project Management methodologies, Planning / Controlling / Reporting methods, General Management Knowledge of and experience in the process management, change management and process optimization approaches;
Knowledge and understanding of business and logistic processes, knowledge of finance activities and processes;

Generally required knowledge:

* At least 7
-10 working years experience in different business areas (service management, finance, logistic, operations…) and different companies
* Management experience of at least 5 years
* Experience with management of internal projects
* High ability to communicate and deal with different cultural and professional international teams
* Working experience in different countries preferable

    vysokoškolské II. stupňa
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (stredne pokročilý - B2)
