work on projects in the area of Business Process Management
provide high quality programming and coding and additional consulting services on project assignments
develop high quality deliverables across all project phases
ensures delivered work/product meets/performs to technical and functional requirements
provide regular and proactive updates to Engagement Leader on project progress and outstanding issues

Generally required knowledge:

* Previous experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems at least 1
-3 years (or a graduate with long term part
- time experience)
* Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
* Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, editing images, etc. is and advantage
* Self
- motivated personality with strong commmunication skills, able to work effectively within a team
* Fluent English is a MUST
