We are looking for qualified and dynamic candidates with proficient knowledge of German to fill the position of Inside Sales Specialist in IT company based in Prague! Now is your chance to demonstrate your sales and management ability and our client offers you the opportunity to prove yourself. Your responsibilities will be: * Client portfolio development – build strong and long term relationships with clients and customers * Existing Account Management within the assigned territory * Manage assigned resellers, source potential customer and identify their needs * Ensure the goals are met, further growth and partner sales performance is achieved * Cooperate with other departments as needed to help drive performance * Communicate business activities * Act as a support and advisor to resellers to ensure the right collaboration, decide on sales campaigns to maximize new pipeline * Motivate the inside sales team to achieve a goal * Inform partners about new promotions, products, offer and marketing activities * Responsibility for market management * Identify new opportunities

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:
The candidate should meet the following criteria: * Native German, fluent English * University degree or equal education (IT, Business administration, Technically oriented) * Previous work experience in sales environment * Technical background, general knowledge of IT field * Sales and target oriented, motivated person * Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work under pressure * MS Office skills
