Our job opportunity is a chance to expand your knowledge in an international company! *Analyse and document all business processes and workflows, identify bottlenecks, propose and implement (once approved) solutions *Analyse business performance using agreed key performance indicators and target improvements *Develop and maintain reporting, forecasting tools and models for use by Finance and the Business *Work with the IT manager and all the Finance team to complete the implementation of Navision across the group *Work with relevant SMT members to deliver continuous process improvement and cost reduction *Participate on all IT projects to ensure the development and implementation of best practice financial systems, reporting, processes, and procedures. *Prepare the weekly cash management report *Support the CFO and DoFs as required *Any other work that may be assigned by the CFO for BC from time to time

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

The successful candidate should have the following attributes: *Degree in Finance or equivalent *3-6 years of experience in finance /business analysis *Excellent command of English *IT literacy – Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of Navision is an advantage *Experience with data analysis and ability for data interpretation *Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to communicate at all levels *A proven track record of building and developing effective working relationships, excellent communication and good problem-solving skills *Ability to work independently, self-motivated and pro-active in seeking out answers *Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
