This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company. Our client is looking for SSC ACCOUNTING MANAGER FOR EMEA. Your duties will be: - Lead General Accounting activity for a specific region and partners with the business - Manage all balance sheet and income statement reporting for the region, ensure that reporting is ready for consolidation - Review regional financial and management reports - Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies, procedures and processes - Ensure senior management has advance visibility of any material accounting, reporting or internal control issues - Responsible for the timely completion and follow up on all items for the balance sheet reconciliation activities - Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities for the region according to the close checklist - Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities

Generally required knowledge:

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - Economic degree in finance area - ACCA or other equivalent education - Min 7 years experience in field of accounting (complex or experience from different partial departments) - Proven leadership experience (potential to hire and lead team of 50 - 80 employees) - Transition to SSC experience - Shared service center background - Knowledge of IFRS preferred - Knowledge of SAP is advantegous - Fluent English language

    Anglický jazyk (pokročilý - C1)
