Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

The successful candidate should have the following attributes: * High school/University degree (Computer Science, IT or equivalent demonstrated IT work experience is a big advantage) * Experience from customer service * Service Desk / Help Desk / Support Capacity Certifications are an advantage * Excellent English skills * Strong troubleshooting skills * Professionalism and high customer orientation * Basic understanding of Service Desk, Incident / Problem / Change Management would be beneficial * Time flexibility
