Would you like to use languages on daily basis? Do you have passion for international environment? We are currently looking for enthousiastic candidates with fluent French to: * Provide support to the customers * The first contact point for international customers * Solve requests and issues * Provide customer service with general questions * Analyze, diagnose and deliver known solutions to complex challenges * Work with various systems * Daily communication with clients * Working closely with other departments for the best resolution * Maintain strong vendor relations * Related administration * Keep regular contact with customers, banks and suppliers * Provide reactive advice and support to customers, suppliers and vendors * Record all client activity in various systems * Close cooperation with sales and marketing team

The successful candidate should have the following attributes: * High school / University degree * Fluent proficiency & comprehension in English and French * Excellent communications skills * Highly organized and detail oriented * Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively * Good time-management * Organizational and prioritization skills * PC skills (Microsof Office)
