We are looking for a suitable candidate for our client - international company with SSC in Prague. We are looking for people for the position Quality payments controller who speaks English and have experience from administration. Your main responsibilities will be: *Ensuring compliance with procedures in place *Analysis of invoices with issue, daily resolution *Daily interaction with internal clients, acquisition, vendors and payables processors to solve the issues to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payments *Handling email helpdesk queries from vendors and internal clients *Identifying the “Recycle” related issues and solve the root causes *Providing trainings and coaching (internally in the Payables as well as other departments) *Potential interaction with Auditors (Internal and external) *Process Improvement analysis and improvement plans for clusters Location: Prague 3 (metro station Flora) Start: ASAP Contract: temporary contract for 6 months with possibility of extension

*University degree (economic is advantage) *Fluent English *Other language is advantage (ideally French, Arabic or Dutch) *Good knowledge of MS Office *Previous working experience in administration *Flexible and proactive approach *Detail and control oriented *Analytical person *Good communication skills *Ability to learn
