Job information

Member of the solution team in EMEA, responsible for the Data Centre Infrastructure Cloud outsourcing solution design. The Solution Architect closely cooperates with delivery pursuit resources in order to build the most optimized solution. When required, he/she acts as an interlock between company and the Client to ensure the proposed Cloud service solution addresses the customer’s business needs and can be delivered at the best possible cost.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in the development of Proposition.
• Validates and approves all deliverables for Cloud technology.
• Leads, coaches and mentors the Cloud team members on a day-to-day basis to manage the schedule and assignments.
• Provides performance feedback, guidance and direction for Cloud team members.
• Delivers solution, cost/pricing models, and proposal content efficiently, effectively, and timely.
• Knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the technology (i.e., server management, virtualization, business continuity, network, hosting, desktop, security etc.).
• Designs and delivers solutions for real clients.
• Actively participate in solution strategy definition
• Successfully contribute to the winning of outsourcing engagements

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in technical solution design for complex IT environments
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure (servers, operating systems, virtualization, data management, databases, management software)
• Proven capability of designing data center outsourcing proposals for large outsourcing opportunities
• Leads technical architectural high level design concepts
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Build rapport and trust with customer
• Communication: presenting effectively
• Develop and apply listening skills
• fluent English
