Job information
Participate as team member for the development, implementation, training and ongoing enhancement and support of a global consolidation and financial reporting system. The objective of this position is to provide a single, reliable system to meet the consolidation and financial reporting needs of our operating business units and corporate departments around the world. The person in this position will be part of a team comprised of Finance and IT personnel and suppliers including hardware, software and professional services providers.
This person mainly responsible for the administration of Financials Applications Technical Infrastructure
Primary Duties:
· Act as liaison with extended Finance community and IT organizations.
· Provides financial systems technical support for European region
· Maintain, support and manage all assigned finance applications. This includes administration, tuning, production fixes, upgrades
· Work with the Help Desk to resolve a variety of customer issues.
· Assist with the preparation of test and production environments for the global enterprise deployment.
Required skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree
· Minimum of 2-3 years overall IT experience with a professional experience in Financial Systems (exprience with support and
administration of any financial application is preferred)
· Demonstrated technical competence with Financial Systems
· Familiarity with Oracle SQL / Windows Server 2003,2008 / UNIX, Linux Operating Systems.
· Good understanding of consolidation business rules, process managementdata synchronization and data relationship management
