Job information

We are looking for excellent English speaking Customer Agents with fluent Croatian/Hungarian/Polish language to work within a small and dynamic team that has recently been created to grow this exciting new offering. Therefore, good interpersonal skills along with enthusiasm and team working are essential.

Responsibilities: 

• Convert customer supplier prospects or leads in customers joining our scheme services paying an annual subscription fee
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets related to conversions
• Making outgoing calls on a daily basis and responding to incoming calls
• Calling through sales leads and following the cycle through to sale closure
• Following up database mail shots by telephone to establish sales leads
• Identifying supplier or subscriber problems or issues and resolving or escalating to appropriate personnel via the call management system
• To keep an accurate and up to date call log
• Producing brief reports of telephone call results
• Attending regular team meetings to discuss issues, suggestions etc. relating to the running of the sales team

Requirements:

• Fluent Croatian OR Polish OR Hungarian language
• Excellent English
• A working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Access
• Accuracy and close attention to detail
• Articulate and able to demonstrate verbal reasoning
• Be numerate and literate
• Good listening skills
• Flexible approach and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience of working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
