Job information

JOB DESCRIPTION, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Drive the implementation and maintenance of Java web based interfaces and applications
• You will be part of several smaller/middle sized projects related to backend and web applications
• You will work closely with the architect and the web application team in Germany in order to implement solutions into existing platform
• You will create JUnit tests for the implemented functionalities and provide support for the system test phase
• You will act as a key player in resolving production issues that should arise

 

 

PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• You must have advanced knowledge of  following technologies – J2EE, JSP, JSF, Web service, EJB, application servers (JBoss, WebSphere)
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript
• Knowledge of Hibernate, SQL, relational database
• Strong background in developing applications with GUIs
• English – communicative level (both written and spoken), German – advantageous
• Experience  in taking  the projects from the requirements to delivery phase using the full SW development life cycle
