Generally required knowledge:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes: - min 3 years of People Management experience(preferable in the area of global supply chain) - fluent English - fluent German is advantage - Experience with tracking record of delivering results in metrics - Previous experience with leadership and people management skills - Ability to work under pressure to achieve the targets and meet the deadlines -Team player, flexibility -Communication skills
