Generally required knowledge:

The successful candidate should have the following attributes: - university education (preferably related to HR) - min. 2 years experience in HR (must have an experience with trainings, education, learning and development will be an advantage) - advanced PC skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint) - fluent English is a must - knowledge of German will be an advantage - customer and detail orientation - analytical and logical thinking - strong interest in HR - communication skill - interpersonal skills (team-member, flexible, reliable, precise) - working skills (time-management, presentations, stress-resistance, reporting)

    vysokoškolské II. stupňa
  • Language skills:
    Anglický jazyk (pokročilý - C1)
