-Good skills in VoIP Technologies (IP PBX, IP Telephony, voicemails, call controls, SIP, QoS)
-Knowledge or experience in voice systems (call managers, communication servers, call center systems (Genesys), voice applications, voice gateways, voice gatekeepers, IP phones, hardphones, softphones, managerial tools)
-Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Managers, Cisco Call Manager
-CISCO certification is an advantage
-English – intermediate
