If you have experience in economics and in customer oriented positions, have fluent knowledge of English and would like to work for growing international company in Brno, this may be your chance. Successful candidate will be responsible for: - Processing all of the incoming invoices from customers and invoices to be sent - Data enter invoices for payment - Verifying that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures - Preparing batches of invoices, data entry of invoices for payment - Processing backup reports after data entry - Receive payment schedules from customers and contacting those who are behind on payments - Maintaining updated vendor files and file numbers - Printing and distributing monthly financial reports

Všeobecne požadované znalosti:

Requirements - High school or University education in Finances - Previous experience in field of economy and invoicing - Good knowledge of English (B2 / C1) - Advanced PC skills (MS Office) - Good communication skills - Positive attitude, stress resistance - Analytical thinking - Team player Candidates residing in Brno/Czech Republic only.
