Job information

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position: CHANGE MANAGER You will be responsible for: - Design and execution of an appropriate change management program - Development of the Change Management work stream according to the agreed parameters in cost, time and quality perspective - Definition of a successful approach to embed and operationalize the new processes across the organisation in strong cooperation with line managers in Operations - Working across both Business and IT functions, in close collaboration with the relevant Business and technical leads - Assurance of timely analysis and reporting on work-stream progress (escalation of problems when required) - Support of the Business Lead in the implementation of solutions according to - Assurance of appropriate roll-back / rapid response procedures to be in place during roll-out

Generally required knowledge:

The candidate should be: - Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Change Manager bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT - Excellent level of English - Experience in having the sole responsibility of the design and delivery of a change management program and supporting communication plan - Relevant IT education (bachelor level degree or above, or equivalent practical IT experience) - Experience in collaboration with software development teams and/or outsourcing contractors (off-shore vendor experience a plus)
