Job information

Responsibilities:


•    Ensure completion of external and internal 8D for quality issues,
•    Analyses internal defects found in the  production and implement corrective actions,
•    Analyze parts returned through warranty system together with the responsible BU Engineer,
•    Lead the implementation of specific customer quality initiatives as required,
•    Analyses and reports daily quality results from manufacturing,
•    Develops, follow up on roadmap and quality indicators to improve quality performance for processes of ownership
•    Support continuous improvement actions to reduce the cost of non quality (e.g.: RPPM, CPPM, IPPM, SPPM, Warranty),
•    Attend quality performance meeting with customer as required,
•    Participate in the PFMEA development
•    Prepare and maintain control plan for final products,
•    Supervise effective use of SPC in production and evaluate results,
•    Support Process and Product Audit and provide feedback to the organization (e.g. production, engineering etc.) on the product audit
•    Consolidates customer specific requirements 
•    Work with SQA to follow up on corrective action of suppliers issues
•    Is responsible for the color / appearance approval process of affected parts

Requirements 
 
•    Minimum 2 years experience in Quality area in production environment 
•    Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, control plans, dimensional layouts, performance/material testing and DOE
•    Fluent English
•    Strong statistic background required
