Job information
Position is not suitable for the fresh graduate without experience in accounting area. If you have economic practical skills from Banking, Insurance, Treasury or similar environement and ability to communicate in English, you are welcome to apply on one of following vacancies: - Payable accountant (English and German or Spanish or Italian is a need) 2 years experience is also a must 2 years of experience in accounting, ideally with A/P accounting in the international company Active knowledge of English and Italian/Spanish/German language is needed Reviews payable invoices for accuracy Cooperates with approvers and processing of purchase order Communicates with vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received Produces reports to ensure an accurate accounting of all invoices outstanding Oversees the filing of invoices and checks to properly maintain an orderly and accurate filing system Liaison on balance sheet reconciliation - Senior Financial Accountant (Active English is a need) 2 years experience is also a must Responsibility for accounting of assigned businesses, accruals and prepayment accounting Payroll accounting and associated balance sheet entries Controlling and handling of balance sheet reconciliation Intercompany, non-current assets, tax accounting International Assignee accounting and project accounting Transactional level reporting to the business Cash box, lunch cheques and company credit cards Transfer Pricing Budgeting, monitoring and analysis - Insurance accounting support (English and French or Dutch or Italian is a need) min. 1 year of experience is also a must Supporting of all portfolio transactions (claims/insurance accounting, debt collection) Analysis of financial situation, compensation possibilities and managing of cash flow Provide fulfillment of reporting

Generally required knowledge:
- Up to Bachelor university degree (business administration, economics, accounting, finance ...) - 1- 6 years of experience on the position of accountant/accounting support/ payable or receivable clerk... - Double - entry bookeping - Microsoft Office (Excel – Pivot Tables, Word and Powerpoint) - Required Language skills - Sense for details, time management skills - Team player with a good communication skills Vzdelanie: economy, finance, business administration, accounting ekonomické technické Je potrebné ovládať aspon jeden z nižšieuvedených jazykov
