Job information

A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position – Supervisor for Treasury department. You will be in charge of: - Smooth running of all trade bookings, entries, investment products records - Accurate and timely processing of payments across different countries, accounting ledgers and bank accounts - Trades amendments processing - Ensuring timely daily, monthly and quarterly bank account reconciliations - Correct reflection of asset transfers in the system - Perform various reporting tasks (gap analysis) - Manage a team of 6-10 employees (performance review, trainings, hiring), developing people and talents (people management) - Projects participation (system migrations, new payment systems, improvement of bank reconciliation process) - Daily master data processing from different departments within the group

Generally required knowledge:

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria: - Degree in Finance, Banking & Investment - Fluent in English (both oral and written) - Relevant work experience within Banking or Finance (Payments process or Treasury) - 4 years experience in leading teams; ability to develop and lead a team of 6 - 10 people - Experience working in an international multicultural environment - Strong focus on performance, continuous improvement, targets and risk management activities - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Advanced user of MS Office
