Your day-to-day tasks will include the following: - Coordination of the implementation of security solutions processes - Gathering, verifying and validating of customer requirements - Tracking, installation and testing of the MSS premise based services globally - Direct contact with customers (telephone and email) - Responsibility for the management and implementation of projects - Supporting the ordering procedures - Cooperation with the service delivery teams and accounts teams to ensure the customers are provided with the overall solution

Generally required knowledge:

The successful candidate should have: - Excellent Technical skills - Strong customer oriented skills - Fluent knowledge of both written and spoken English - At least 1 year of work experience in a Project Management connected role - Excellent knowledge of IP based troubleshooting - Willingness to work according to customer requirements and internal regulations - Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - CCNA and security experiences are a big advantage
